These conveyors are both expandable and flexible so whatever the aplication the PF range has a conveyor model to suit. A proven performer for truck loading and unloading. Ideally suited for packaging, distribution centres, shipping and receiving and flexible assembly lines. Built tough to handle applications running three shifts per day. The Optional Impact Support Section is recommended for high impact receiving applications.

• PF1.5 has 800 to 1100mm adjustable conveyor height
• PF1.9 has 724 to 946mm adjustable conveyor height
• 450, 600 and 750 mm conveyor widths
• Available in any length to fit your applications
• Continuous Duty Multiple Drive Motors - Line speed is adjustable from 0 to 36 metres per minute. Start/Stop cycle 300 times per hour. On/Off switches at both ends. Approximately 3 amps per 3.66 metres of conveyor. Durable drive motors features 0.09kw 180 volt DC with 220/240volt AC converter.
• Self Tracking – Cartons follow the twists and turns of the conveyor path without using engineered curves.
• Adjustable Height – Adjustable locking bolts to raise or lower the conveyor bed height.
• PF1.5 has 40mm Rollers – Heavy duty 16 gauge precision bearing rollers on 12 mm axles for greater durability.
• PF1.9 has 50mm Rollers – Heavy duty 16 gauge precision bearingrollers on 12 mm axles for greaterdurability.
• Square Tubing Legs – BEST offers heavy duty square tubing legs for longer service life.
• PF1.5 has 32mm Side Plates – Aluminium alloy construction features a ribbed design for added durability. Assembled with bolts and lock nuts.
• PF1.9 has 50mm Side Plates – Aluminium alloy construction features a ribbed design for added strength. Assembledwith bolts and lock nuts.
• Structural Steel Support – Channel steel spans the entire conveyor width for unequalled strength.
• PF1.5 has Castors with brakes – 150mmx 50mm swivel castors roll easily. Castor brakes lock wheels in place while the conveyor is in use.
• PF1.9 has Castors with brakes – 200mmx 50mm swivel castors roll easily over uneven surfaces. Castor brakes lock wheels in place while the conveyor is in use.

	SuperOptics™ Electronics for Product Control Gives POWER/FLEX conveyors superior product flow control and improved ergonomics to cut labour costs and improve performance. Using Reflective or under roller photo cells you can get the benefits of zero-pressure accumulation and an electronic package stop. POA
	Zero-Pressure Accumulation Electronic controls enable cartons to move directly to the discharge end without stopping until they reach the last zone of accumulation. POA

	200mm x 50mm Swivel Castors. For easier rolling over uneven surfaces.Adds 50mm to the conveyor height. Per leg set £40.08			Impact Loading Table Fitted to the loading end of the PowerFlex, this Section is supported with steel box section and braced throughout to create an Impact Loading section to absorb the abuse and wear normally attributed with a loading point of the conveyor. By adding this to the loading point of the PowerFlex it will significantly prolong the life of this point of the PowerFlex. POA
