We manufacture a full range of belt conveyors from miniature belt conveyors through the low profile belt conveyor range on to the standard belt conveyors and then to heavy duty conveyors and belt conveyor systems. We offer standard economy belt conveyors for everyday use also incline belt conveyors for mezzanine floors and machine unloading applications. With belt conveyors available as modules or part of larger systems, we can help you to get the right belt conveyor or belt system system to meet your requirements at the right price and delivery. All of our conveyors are manufactured from extruded aluminium profiles in any of the following configurations, horizonta belt conveyors, Inclne belt conveyors, decline belt conveyors, lift gate belt conveyors, swan neck belt conveyors, and nose over belt conveyors. We also supply second hand conveyors, conveyor spares and conveyor accessories including Interroll drum motors, Habasit conveyor belts and Interroll conveyor rollers. Gravity roller conveyors and Powered roller conveyors Expandable, Flexible conveyors manufactured by Best Conveyors. Available in a number of configurations including both powered & non-powered versions. Flexible conveyors can be moved to wherever they are most required at any one time & can be easily configured to suit the task at hand. Handling loads of up to 446kg/m these conveyors provide some of the most robust & durable flexible conveyor systems on the market today.

Conveyors for television and stage.

Over the past few years we have supplied conveyors to the major television networks BBC, ITV, Sky and Channel 4 for shows such as Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, Emmerdale, Trapped , Gladiators, Ant & Dec's Push the button, This Morning , Alan Carr's New Year Specstacular show We have also supplied two floor mounted tradmill conveyors for German rock group Rammstein for there live stage show. Celebrity Juice is a new addition to the TV shows we have supplied belt conveyors for TV commercials for the following companies.Virgin Atlantic, Cadbury, Weetabix and Andrex

Who we are.

We have manufactured belt conveyor and conveyor system on the outskirts of Sedgefield in the North East of England since 1989. We are innovative in our approach to conveyor supply and development. We have continued to drive down the cost of our belt conveyors with increased production and reduced manufacturing time. We introduced 24 hour deliveries on our belt conveyor range over ten years ago, we also developed the TrueTrack positive conveyor belt guidance system and fitted it as standard to every belt conveyor we supply. TrueTrack positive belt guidance is a system that maintains the correct belt alignment so preventing costly conveyor down time and expensive belt replacement cause by poor belt tracking. Our range of belt conveyors are manufactured from our own extensive range of extruded aluminium profiles and utilise the T-slot and twist nuts principle for quick and precise assembly. Standard CD120 belt conveyor belt widths range from 280mm to 1080mm in 50mm increments up to a maximum length of 30 metres and our CD40 belt conveyors have a belt width starting from 36mm
